- Your coupon has your name and Harlow Homefinder number printed on it – please check that these are correct
- You can bid for up to three properties for each edition of the freesheet
- Each property will have a three digit reference number, shown in the property advert in the Harlow Homefinder freesheet
- For example, if you want to apply for properties with the reference numbers 456, 491 and 444, you should mark the coupon as shown above
- For the first bid (456 in this example), you should put an X in the first column against the relevant first digit of the number in the ‘Bid 1’ box (4 in this example)
- You should put an X in the second column against the relevant second digit of the number in the ‘Bid 1’ box (5 in this example)
- You should put an X in the third column against the relevant third digit of the number in the ‘Bid 1’ box (6 in this example)
- Do the same for your second and third bid as shown
- Enter the date shown on the front of the Harlow Homefinder freesheet from which you are bidding.
- Please return your coupon by post. The address is already printed on the front of the coupon, but you will need to put a stamp on it
Ordering more coupons
If you are running low on coupons, there are three ways for you to order more:
- Tick the box on the back of the bidding coupon when you next bid
- Log in to the bidding section to order more coupons online.
- Send a text (SMS) with your registration number, the hash symbol (#) and the word 'coupon' eg: HDC1234#coupon to 07781 472 726
