Bid deadline
All bids for properties must reach the Harlow Homefinder office by 1:00am Tuesday on the closing date shown on the home page. Bids received after this date will not be considered eligible.

Bidding by text message

To make your bids by text (SMS), follow the instructions shown in the Scheme User Guide. The bidding deadline will always be 1:00am Tuesday.


REFUSALS

Please note, anyone refusing 2 reasonable offers of accommodation will be moved down a band for a period of 6 months ( NB homeless households lose their priority after 1 reasonable offer ). Please, therefore, ensure that you only bid for properties you would be willing to accept.

MINIMUM AGE FOR SHELTERED HOUSING

The minimum age for new tenants of sheltered housing schemes is 65. You can only bid for sheltered housing if you or your partner are aged 65 or over.

The bidding cycle for issue 795 will close at 1am on Tuesday 23 April 2024
