Please note that we are currently experiencing a large volume of housing register application forms being handed in. As a result it is taking longer to process than normal. To make sure people in the most need are being helped we are prioritising applicants who will be in the higher bands and will process these applications first. Applicants with lower priority will be processed at a later stage. All applications if eligible, will be backdated to the date they were received by the council.
If you are threatened with homelessness or wish to discuss your housing options, please contact Harlow Council’s Housing Options service located in the reception of the Civic Centre. Opening times are from 9 a.m. until 12 noon, Monday to Friday.
